If your students CAN name 4-5 items in the picture, but CAN'T answer in FULL SENTENCES and DON'T know the furniture and the colours, move to the next slide.

1. Say:

- What a nice picture! Let's describe it!

2. If your learners struggle, ask prompting questions:

- What room is that?

- What can you see in the living room?

- What is on the wall?

- What is on the floor? What colour is it?

- Are there any toys in the living room?

- Are there any pillows in the living room?

4. Circle the fruits on the table and ask:

- What are they?

5. Circle the lamp and ask:

- What is it? Is it big or small?

Possible answers:

1. It's a living room.

2. I can see a green sofa, yellow lamps, and an orange armchair.

3. The clock is on the wall.

4. Three balls are on the floor. They are blue and yellow. Two cats are on the floor. They are orange and grey/white.

5. There is a bear, a rabbit, a dragon, a dinosaur, a lorry, and three balls.

6. There are five pillows in the living room.

7. They are fruits: two apples, an orange, and three bananas.

8. That is a lamp. It's big.
