I specialize in business litigation. From green-energy companies, to startups, to real estate developers, I help with clients who have disputes that they can’t resolve.

 

In the courtroom, I fight hard for my clients. I consider every angle to help my clients find the most persuasive arguments and tell a compelling story. That is what wins cases.

 

But I understand that business is what comes first. Sometimes court is the only way to do that. But involving a litigator at the first signs of conflict can help clients avoid the courtroom. Whether the issue is as between shareholders, interpreting a contractual term, or money owing, I provide practical solutions.
