Sequence Strategy for Email Marketing
Business Scenario
Hello, everyone! We've already built our contact list and all three email templates — Welcome, Engagement, and Offer. Today's job is purely to wire them together into one automation, so they go out automatically, one email per day, without anyone clicking send manually.
Let's open Automation and build this workflow step by step
Task 1 : Setup the Automation for the Sequence Email marketing Strategy
Topic : Email Marketing
1) Benefits of Email Marketing
2) Email List Development | Opt-ins
3) Email Marketing Setup
4) Email Marketing Automation Sequence
5) Connect website with Brevo
6) Email Marketing Automation Drip
Create the Workflow and Set the Trigger
1
Pre-Lab Preparation
Add the Day 1 Send — Welcome Email
2
Add a Send Email action directly after the trigger.
Select the existing "Welcome Email" template — this sends immediately when a contact enters the workflow.
Add the Day 2 Send — Engagement Email
3
Add a Wait step: 1 day.
Add a Send Email action and select the existing "Engagement Email" template.
Add the Day 3 Send — Offer Email
4
Test and Activate
5
Use the workflow's test option to send the full sequence to the trainer's own email address.
Check that each email arrives correctly, personalization fields are filled in, and links work.
Once confirmed, click Activate to make the workflow live for the "SGR – Website Visitors" list.
